You may be wondering about the fabrics I've chosen to offer in the boutique. You will find the materials are listed in the description of each piece. I try my best to keep the materials as natural as possible, but there will be some blends and semi-synthetic fabrics used.
Cotton: a soft usually white fibrous substance composed of the hairs surrounding the seeds of various erect freely branching tropical plants (genus Gossypium) of the mallow family (Merriam-Webster)
Linen: cloth made of flax and noted for its strength, coolness, and luster (Merriam-Webster)
Rayon (semi-synthetic due to chemical process the natural fibers go through): any of a group of smooth textile fibers made from regenerated cellulose by extrusion through minute holes (Merriam-Webster)
Wool: the soft wavy or curly usually thick undercoat of various hairy mammals and especially the sheep made up of a matrix of keratin fibers and covered with minute scales (Merriam-Webster)
Viscose (semi-synthetic due to chemical process the natural fibers go through): a viscous golden-brown solution made by treating cellulose with caustic alkali solution and carbon disulfide and used in making rayon and films of regenerated cellulose (Merriam-Webster)
